Who you are agreeing with

Fluvia FZC, a free zone company registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to the products Fluvia operates, including Extracto.

What the products do

Extracto reads receipts and invoices you send it and holds the details against a project you choose, with a dashboard to review, correct and report on them. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not an accountant, an auditor or a tax adviser, and a figure it reads should be checked before it is relied on.

Using them properly

Send documents that belong to your own business. Do not try to reach another company's data, do not attempt to break or overload the service, and do not use it to store anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and we take daily backups, but we do not guarantee it will be available at any given moment. We may change or withdraw features. If we make a change that materially affects you, we will tell you.

Support

Support is by WhatsApp at +971 50 955 3384. We answer as quickly as we can. We do not promise a response within a set time, and we would rather say that than promise something we cannot hold to.

WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Our products are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to WhatsApp or Meta.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Talk to us first: message us and set out the problem, and we will try to resolve it directly.
