Data deletion and requests
How to delete what we hold, get a copy of it, or have it corrected.

Delete it yourself
Sign in, open the control panel, and choose to close your account. Access ends immediately, and everything is permanently deleted 30 days later. Nothing is kept hidden in the meantime — you can undo it during those 30 days by asking us.
Ask us to delete it
Message +971 50 955 3384 on WhatsApp from the number on your account, so we know it is you, and say what you want deleted. You can also email help@extracto.ae from the address on your account.
Ask for a copy
Most of what we hold is visible in your dashboard. If you want a copy of anything, message us and say what you need.
Ask us to correct it
Details read from a document can be corrected in the dashboard by anyone with review access. For anything else — a name, a number, a company detail — message us and we will correct it.
How long we take
We answer requests as quickly as we can and within 30 days. If a request would take longer, we will tell you why.
